Detailed description:
Uses MRPT's CGenericSensor to open an arbitrary sensor and publish its data in a timely fashion.This module can access to several different sensors: lasers, cameras, sonars, etc...The configuration block of the MOOS mission file for this module mustcontain the same parameters than those expected by mrpt::hwdrivers::CGenericSensor andthe MRPT program rawlog-grabber.
